From the beginning of our activity, we have been associated with the machine tool industry. We offer mechanical repairs of steel processing machines, especially machines for mass production of parts.
We specialize in overhauls of machines for performing precise finishing operations, such as grinders and super finishers, as well as specialized task machines.
The service may consist of: disassembly and washing of parts, verification of the condition by experienced specialists (also with the participation of the client), preparation of repair and technological documentation, execution of new parts and regeneration of reused parts, deriving the machine's geometry and its reassembly. Confirmation of the correct performance of the service is the guarantee of our work performed in our factory.
We repair entire machines as well as individual components without having to transport the entire machine tool to our company. Mechanical overhaul can be combined with replacement or modernization of the control system, as well as adapting the machine to the applicable safety requirements (confirmed by the issue of a CE declaration).
